How Long for AP in Montreal? [split topic]

does anyone know how it takes for ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING AT THE US CONSULATE IN MONTREAL ? PLEASE HELP ME ! having anxiety attacks like crazy .i had an appointment for february 25,2016 ,but they cancelled it ,because they needed 2 documents ,my NOTICE OF DECISION letter from Canada Immigration and they asked for a valid TRAVEL DOCUMENT .i sent them the first one ,but the second one i cannot because i am a STATELESS PERSON and do not possess a travel doc .passport or anything ,so my lawyer sent them the Legal Statute by The US State Dept stating they can Waive the travel doc requiremnts .but they say its in Administrative Processing .Does Anyone Know the answer PLEASE HELP ? We are filing IR-5

Nobody ever knows how long AP takes, unfortunately. Attorneys don't know, either. Your case is rather unique, so you may need some legal help on this one.

NOA2: November 30th, 2015
Scan Date: December 22nd, 2015
CC: Groundhog Day, 2016 (42 days)

Medical: February 18th, 2016
Interview: March 16th, 2016 - Approved

Issued: March 21st, 2016

Visa in Hand: March 24, 2016

POE: March 24th, 2016

Received Green Card: April 25th, 2016

Removal of Conditions Approved: August 27th, 2019

thank you for getting back to me so quickly ,but i allready had my cc from the nvc and i had interview date set for 25 feb but the consulate in montreal cancelled my date because they asked for a few more documents ,now i am waiting for them to review those docs and then to see if i get a new date

I see. Unfortunately there is no way to know. If you call them, they just tell you that you are in AP and to wait a little longer. Can be frustrating.
