Welcome to the forum.

Your reply is a bit confusing. Each person that is seeking to Adjust Status, and receive a 2 year conditional Green Card, must fill out a Form I-485. That information is also included in the K2 tips link I previously provided. The complete fee schedule for the Form I-485 is shown in this USCIS link: https://www.uscis.gov/i-485 .

I would encourage you to also concurrently file the EAD and AP (I-765 and I-131) for the K1 and K2. As mentioned in the USCIS link, there is are no additional fees when they are filed with the AOS (I-485). K2s can only apply for an SSN with a EAD or GC. There are numerous forum postings in this forum and the AOS Progress forum where folks have only filed the AOS, and then due to family emergent issues, have had to then scramble to obtain the AP document. Finally, many folks are experiencing AOS processing times that are all over the place with 6 months, a year, or more....

Good luck on your immigration journey.

hi

they are two separate petitions for adjustment of status, one for your wife and one for your stepson

how old is he? if he is a minor child, the i485 can cost less for the child when filed with another i485

check out the uscis website for the i485
