Greeting everyone,

I just recently got married to a Jamaican man he is here on a work Visa.

Were are trying to fill out our papaerwork but i've run into some issues along the way.

So, after speaking with a Uscis represenative I learned that I needed to complete an I130,I131, I485, G325A, I864,& I765.

Currently I am working on the G325A and I'd like to know if we both need to complete the form. I'd also like to know if I am supposed to submit all of the listed forms above together at one time.

On the I130 do i need to put my husbands kids on the part C #17(list spouse and all children of your relative) even if we don't plan on bringing the to the US until later on?

Fill in that form ENTIRELY with ALL the information you have. Whether you plan to bring them to the US or not is irrelevant. USCIS wants to know of their existence.

Adjustment of Status from H-1B, Family-Based

Removal of Conditions
07/22/2014 - 11/14/2014: 116 Days from Application Received to GC Received.
Naturalization
02/03/2016 - 05/31/2016 : 119 Days from Application Received to Oath Ceremony.
