Hi I applied for my wife and my doughter I 130 , I am citizen , I live at jersey city NJ, my office service Texas , the last update for my cases are my case was received by my local office , it was on December 2,2015

What does it mean?

How long the case will stay over there?

I need help please any body answer

I think what you're saying is that you filed the I-130 and received your first NOA (Notice of Action) on Dec 2. You can count on anywhere from 3-6 months wait before you will know if the USCIS has approved your case or not.

Thanks alot for answering but the first noa was in October 6 , after that was transferred to new office to speed my case on November 9 , then finally on December 2 was received by my local office

Have you tried calling the USCIS? Unfortunately I don't know the answer to your question. If you had your NOA1 in October, you are still within the 5-6 month time frame for the USCIS to make a decision on your case. This is a long process with a lot of waiting.
