Once you get married, you should be able to get health insurance through your spouse as a qualifying event. I was able to add my wife once she was married, and that was before we filed her AOS. Need to talk to the HR folks.

You may be able to obtain medical insurance through your spouse's employer prior to AOS adjudication. You should likely check with employer's HR dept. for insurance eligibility requirements.

I managed to get my own insurance though healthcare.gov

Yes you can obtain Insurance in 2 ways:

1. Employer Based, your spouse can add you to his insurance. Even if open enrollment is over marriage is a qualifying event that your spouse can "edit and add" you to his insurance. We did this to my wife recently, if they ask for SSS just tell them that you are under K1 Visa and doing AOS, spouse HR or insurance customer service can help you out.

2. Can be purchased by yourself thru federal/state exchanges. Get their number and call them.

Can I put my new - married name on the insurance? The one I have on SSN card, I guess? I haven't changed it there yet, but I plan to do that.

If your Marriage License has your new name then I would use that name.

Just wanted to add - don't wait too long to be added to your spouse's plan. For my job, the QLE had a window from 30 days prior to 60 days after we married; her coverage was effective on our marriage date. Check with the HR department for the guidelines.
