K1 Visa Affidavit of Support - savings and 'other personal property'

I have another question about the affidavit of support.

In question 7, underneath where you put your annual salary, you have the option to add figures for money in 'savings banks in the United States' and 'other personal property'.

My fiancee (the US citizen) has just returned to the US after 8 years here in the UK. As a result she doesn't have a lot of personal property in the US, but she does have a car; she's not yet transferred her UK savings to the US (though of course she's going to).

Her questions are:

1. Should she enter a value of 0 for the savings question/leave the field blank?

2. If she enters the value of her car for the 'personal property' field, will she need to provide some kind of evidence to back this up?

My advice to her was to simply leave both fields blank as they are in the example form I downloaded from here, as her annual salary is above the poverty line (and I'll be bringing evidence of my own savings, just in case). However I thought I'd bring the question to the collective wisdom of VJers!

1. The portion is optional as stated on the form. You can just go ahead and leave it blank.

2. You can only include the value of an automobile if you have more than one. The value of the second car can be included for assets.

If her salary is more than the minimum required, she does not need to complete this portion. You can read the little paragraph under Part 7 that states so.
