Visa issued...but checklist with no info???

Good Morning,

My husband interview last Thursday and was told his visa was approved. ON CEAC friday, it went to AP and then issued and has remained on issued. Today, we recieved an email with this "The U.S. Department of State Consulate in Lima has requested that you send additional documents for your application. Please gather the documents listed below and generate a "Courier-In Authorization Certificate" by clicking the "View Courier-in receipt" button below. Include a copy of these instructions in the list of documents you send to the consulate." And below that is my husbands case information and the address for the courier service we selected. When I log into https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-pe/iv ....same sort of information is there, but no list of what else needs to be sent. It also says there was NO 221g issued. So I am sooo confused? False checklist? When will get a tracking number...what can we do????

Have you tried contacting the embassy to see what they say?

When you say fake... You mean the checklist?

And basically i have called the embassy they can't give us any information over the phone and to email. Emails take 2 or more days respond. But they vaguely responded saying that email could have just been about him picking it up. Yet dhl has nothing for him but that they have sent his passport over to dhl. When I called the number associated with the ais site, they say no tracking number has been generated and we need to wait 5-10 days after it was issued. I am becoming concerned, embassy says it is sent, dhl says they don't have it and middle man says ti wait , so where is it???

I am in the same situation!

My interview went well on June, 29th and my application was approved. My visa status on ceac website says ISSUED since June, 1st but I haven't received my passeport yet...

I have also received an email saying : "The U.S. Department of State Consulate in Paris has requested that you send additional documents for your application. Please gather the documents listed below and generate a "Courier-In Authorization Certificate" by clicking the "View Courier-in receipt" button below. Include a copy of these instructions in the list of documents you send to the consulate."

But there is no list of documents...! The Embassy cannot give me any information, neither the call center from ais.usvisa-info.com

I didn't receive any tracking number yet.

I am really confused and would like to know how did it go for any of you who had to face the same problem?

Hi, I had my interview in Lima-Peru october 20, my interview was so quickly just 2 or 3 minutes and consular oficial gave me the yellow paper and asked me for my husband's certificate of marriage (first marriage) , I don't know why because I gave him the dissolution of marriage but I sent the paper four days later.

Ceac status update October 31 Administrative processing, then Ceac status update November 23 the same thing AP and sent me and email asking me for to go to DHL to pick up a letter, I had a terrible sensation when I opened the envelope and find my passport and a yellow paper that says that my case will pass for a necessary administrative processing and they will call me when the process finish

November 29 ceac update, administrative processing

we sent email to senator of the state because he helped a friend 2 years ago, so we hope he can help us, because we are married for two years! and we have to be together asap. They asked me for some papers and autorization for to see my case with the embassy and thursday they sent us an email saying that asap they have a notice from the embassy they will contact us

All the process took 10 months and I don't know what happened , we are so sad because we thought we're been together for christmas but now we don't know what to think.
