Hello, so I had 2 questions as my fiance has her K1 interview coming up in about a week and a half, where can I fill out a new 134 Form just in case i do not have the original as I did file my petition with a lawyer at first.

Also, is $45,000 base salary enough or will they ask for a sponsor?

For a household of 2 that is plenty. Check the form I-864P to find the income requirements.

Keep in mind that the current affidavit of support listed on the USCIS website is expiring on Monday. There hasn't been any full confirmation from what I've seen whether or not the embassy will accept the outdated version. I doubt there will be significant changes but make sure to fill out the new version just in case.

I just noticed this as well, will they require the original or can i fill it and email it to my fiance to print out like that?

This requires the original--must have a 'wet' signature. That part is vital to the affidavit :)
