I just came from the future, later today: CNN just called Sanders losing to Clinton in today's primary.

Certainly a shellacking by any measure but not exactly unforeseen.

Still, delegates are awarded proportionally and Sanders didn't come out empty handed.

Once the transcripts of her speeches to Wall Street are leaked, and it is a matter of time, she'll have her Romney moment and retire to her millions of dollars.

You don't have to vote for your party. That's what sheep do, always following the shepherd. It is perfectly reasonable and even morally superior, IMO, to sit out a vote if you disagree with both options. Half the problem in the US is that people blindly support their party. Hillary IS going to be the nominee. She has been handed the election. There was never a democratic nomination election this year. Sanders was just a distraction and the elite never failed to remind everyone that hillary was their person.

There is no hope NONE whatsoever of Sanders getting the nomination. Forget it. Hillary will be getting your vote if you vote democrat this year.

i don't know anyone irl who will vote for hillary. hillary might be the democratic nominee but the bernie supporters i know are writing him in. i don't think many bernie supporters ever thought he would be the nominee anyway..

Cruz's ultra right wing social views scare me. A lot of the other I like. I agree with you the field is absurd as is politics in this country as a whole. I actually respect the Bern even though I disagree with him on so much. At least he is not fake. Same with Trump.

I am super-duper cheesed-off that none of these fellas are using the label of 'Tea Party' this season. None of them. Geez ! What happened to the Tea Party ?

eh - it's different if'n yer married - as yer supposed to support whatever views yer spouse does - and then it's a 95 percent probability that mostly yer quiet about it. Then quiet about most other things. This leads to several seasons of being quiet.

Perhaps this 'being quiet' thing is from my generation, and not yours. All these newfangled things going on in marriages these days, I can't keep up !
