HI

it might be too late for your brother's petition, but he would have to act now, and with an attorney see if it is viable to reopen the case, for now the case has been considered abandoned

for F4 siblings category, immigration is working on June 2003, so if he filed for you in 2002, your priority date became current a long time ago, but it's worth a try

he has to act now, he can't wait or he will have to start over and file another i130 for your and restart the process waiting another 12 years

as others have said, you mom's petition isn't viable the moment she decided to live abroad, family petitions are for family reunification

If I left my mom petition and fallow up my brother petition which is already approved but we don't fallow up due to my mom case. My question is that if I withdraw my mom potition it will not impact on my brother petition??????

Your brother cannot take over your mother's case, and sibling visas take longer to get. However, it is worth checking on that case, seeing if it is really abandoned or just dormant and can be re-activated and taken up where it was left off. If you have a case number, you should be able to check case status online.

YES i Have case number and daily checked...the status is there

Administrative Processing
Immigrant Visa Case Number: Case Creation Date: 30-Nov-2005 Status Updated Date: 19-Feb-2016
Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed/available within two business days.

That case update sounds like it is for your mom's case, as it talks about post-interview administrative processing.

My parents green card expired. They had been living overseas in Pakistan for last 5 years and they have not come to USA for 5 years. She filed a Petition for her daughter when she was in USA, after 10 Years Now I got interview call I am her daughter, after the interview they mailed me
DNA test between applicant and petitioner. Please review attached sheet, DNA instruction.
Please review the attached sheet for assistance on the matters pertaining to your petitioner’s domicile in the United States. Petitioner is required to submit a signed statement explaining exactly when she intends to return to U.S. and at which address she intends to reside.
now question is that if i take DNA test but they can object about my mother visa status?
please help me I am worried

I don't know exactly but why not give it a try by providing them DNA test and your brother's address as their intended address and some intended date. Because you came this far, you should give it a shot.

You are first 1 who are saying like that but i know my luck is so bad.... they will refuse me ... and my brother petition approved 3/4/2015 , Its reply time is 1 year ...so we haven't time for wait...

But I am too much worried that what should I do..

Because this is about a petition that shouldn't exist anymore as its not for family reunification with parents. Your brother would need to do a whole new petition.

Yes Right... But if I leave this case in this stage may be its take bad impact on my other brother petition, US CO may ask me about my mother case that why we dont fallow up and left in the last stage..

Well then you should continue with your brother's petition, and withdraw the one your mother applied. Your brother can call NVC and I think just calling them will give you guys another 1year. Because you need to stay in touch with NVC
