Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Woot, can't wait til something similar is applied here.

Does the UK have a rule where you have to use a hands-free set in the car?

I remember a lady got a ticket for eating an apple while driving. She fought it for some reason, but that's all I remember.

They tried to get that in Arizona but it was rejected, I think too many people freak out over the idea of not being able to talk on the telephone while driving

I guess it annoys me so much since I have observed these phone talkers doing other things wrong also. Making a turn when it was not safe for them to do so, speeding, failure to yield right of way (at a stop sign!)...etc etc
