I married a girl 9 years ago, we decided mutually to separate, she became a citizen and everything is good. We divorced, No hard feelings, no kids as a result.

I want maybe meet somebody else. Her family is in the Philippines, she works at a hospital, so she has ties to home.

Really what we want to do is have her come here on a tourist visa, meet each other, and see if we are compatible, tour the US, and so on.

If we like each other, she will return home (she will return home regardless, because she has to handle affairs), but if everything is good then we will do a K1 visa, if we are not interested in each other, then no harm no foul.

My question is, is this something that is possible, because I cant get time off work?

Yes, it is. They might look more closely as your relationship to see if it's bona fide or not since you did bring someone to the US previously and divorce them.

Just be sure to collect evidence along the way throughout your relationship and include it in your petition, if you do file.

If she can manage to get a tourist visa sure... but don't get your hopes up on that...

Again, if she can get the tourist visa. That is not a slam dunk from her country.

Have a plan B just in case.

Tourist visas from the Philippines are difficult at best. No harm in trying. All you are out is the visa fee and time to interview.
