hello guys,

finally the requirements that we need for dcf filling I-10 CR1 is completed in 1st day of march the only last question is after we submitted the documents at the embassy is it ok to go in the US? im planning to go in U.S by march 11 because my mom is sick and she needs me.

You being the US citizen? yes, you can move to the USA as soon as you filed. Some people recommend staying until the I-130 is approved, jsut on the off chance it gets rejected, but that is rare if you paid attention to the filing.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
