are you w-2 workers or 1099 workers? any schedule C stuff for the tax return?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

'working together' is a new twist, is rare for an adjudicator at USCIS to see this.

instead, they are interested to see evidence of financial co-mingling,

where you are showing:

1. 24 months of utility bills in both names

2. 24 months of bank statements on the joint bank account

3. car insurance statements showing both names

4. wills (plural)

5. POD instructions from each bank account

6. two years of tax returns, showing married filing jointly status.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

What is POD?

The immigration process caused me PTSD.

What is POD?

It's shorthand for "Payable on Death" - meaning that the spouse automatically gets the deceased's half of the bank account.
