How often is USCIS Case Status Updated?

Does anyone know how often the case status is updated on the UCSIC site? I am waiting on a status update and I can not find an answer on how often the site is updated. I feel like I am on the site several times a day thinking its going to be updated, but there is never any changes. Thanks

My K-1 Timeline:

01/04/2016: Sent I129f to NSC
01/06/2016: NOA1 (from WAC)
02/23/2016: NOA2 (Via Text and Emails at 11pm)
02/27/2016: Paper NOA2 in the mail

03/10/2016 Package arrived at NVC

03/14/2016 Case# and INV ID# received

03/15/2016 Case left NVC

03/18/2016 Case Arrived at Consulate

03/19/2016 Letter from NVC stating Case has been sent to Hong Kong

04/01/2016 Packet 3 arrived

04/05/2016 Packet 3 sent

04/26/2016 Packet 4 sent

04/29/2016 Packet 4 received

05/05/2016 Medical Exam

05/17/2016 Interview date (Approved)

05/25/2016 Visa received

06/21/2016 Flying to the USA!!!!!!!!!!!

It's updated only when someone touches the case, moves the box that it is in and something else like that. Otherwise, nothing happens but you wait.

From my experience, the case status is usually updated at night -- but, it can be updated at any point in the day depending on when the person adjudicates your case.

01/04/2011: I-130 NOA1

02/16/2011: I-130 NOA2

08/04/2016: Received DS-261/AOS Bill

08/06/2016: Completed DS-261/Paid AOS Bill

08/16/2016: Received IV Bill

10/11/2016: Submitted AOS/IV documentation

10/11/2016: Paid IV fee bill

10/14/2016: Submitted DS-260

Really depends on when someone touches your case. Could be any time during the day/evening.

11/06: Husband EWI from Mexico
11/08: Started dating

11/11: Husband got deported
1/11/14: Got married
3/13/14-11/2/14: I-130
1/26/15-3/17/15: NVC

5/28/15: INTERVIEW - denied

6/8/15: I-601/I-212 waivers received

11/17/15: I-601/I-212 waivers APPROVED

12/11/15: HUBBY HOME!! :dance:

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
