I must have been lucky.

Are you sure it wasn't God?

God>luck>legitimate marriage

Seriously, no need to drown anyone under a pile of paper, and unless your evidence is really weak, they won't care about movie ticket stubs or your Reader's Digest subscription...

That's what I thought until I got the RFE for "all 'marriage bonafides' evidence since the inception of the marriage" from the smellfungus USCIS adjudicator at the CSC. <_<

Bank statement would be several pages , do you need to send ALL pages? Or just the first page shows the name?

I would strongly recommend sending all. I have seen people get RFE's for only sending the first page. USCIS will want to see the transaction history.

As for OP's question, I sent about 2 inches worth of paperwork - at least half of it were bank and credit card statements, though. I got approved without an RFE.

I agree with the other HK12's response. I would send in all pages of all of your bank statements. We initially only submitted a statement from each quarter. In response to the subsequent RFE, we sent in everything 'cept the kitchen sink..... finally resulting in ROC approval.

YMMV.

Good luck on you immigration journey.

That's very interesting, on a 6 pages statement, there are only 2 pages with useful information.

1. Summary page. 2 Transaction page

Rest of pages:

One Bank policy page

Three black pages States: this page intentionally left blank.

You know that by seeing it. USCIS doesn't know that, they haven't seen it. <_<

Hey, it's your petition packet, you do what you want. I am just relating my recent successful experience with the ROC approval process at CSC.

:time: It helps everyone that uses, or is helped by the forum.

YMMV.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

I believe that luck plays a big role when it comes to USCIS.

eh - I'm on the opposite side, where there is no concept of luck.

Thorough? Yes. Luck? No.

true, i just sent 4 pictures and we got approved. Although a lawyer told me to send EVERYTHING i had. so i guess its luck

sorry, 2 seconds of vette here - your I-130 receipt date was 2015-09-23 and there's no way you've filed an RoC casefile. RoC Adjudication rules are DIFFERENT!

Bank statements, I only sent one for each quarter. Sending them everything would have been ridiculous. Never had a problem, but I'm anecdotal evidence.

How do you explain that some I-130 petitions were approved within 20 days? while the average time is 4-8 month I believe, in some cases even more.

The immigration process caused me PTSD.

check the country, aye? If the IV Unit is Manila, then they get an auto-expedite because of that Typhoon. Or if the USCitizen filed from abroad in a non-DCF area, it also gets auto-expedited.

Are you posting from a handphone? Yer missing a tonne of stuff. If'n yer not at the stage to do real research, though, it won't matter.

That is exactly what we did, and as a result of that we got an RFE from a CSC adjudicator, on 4/9/2015, for not including all financial statements (including bank) since the inception of the marriage. In response to the RFE, we sent copies of all pages of all of our available financial statements (including bank) on 5/11/2015. My family received their ROC approval on 5/21/2015 and their 10-year Green Cards on 5/27/2015.

Hopefully the CSC adjudicators have since mellowed out for the sake of future ROC petitioners.

YMMV.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

I sent all the bank statements from Jan 2013 (moved in June 2013) to April 2015. Every page except the photocopies of cashed checks (which didn't have a page number anyhow.) I wasn't taking a chance with having to send more evidence since it was the last time I planned on sending ANYTHING marital evidence related to the USCIS. That alone was about an inch thick.

Is each page numbered? My bank policy page and cashed checks pages weren't numbered. I only send the numbered ones so the Summary and transaction pages, which was about 6 per month.

all numbered like "Page 1 of 6" on the bottom of page, including policy page and blank page

I suddenly got an idea: could we printed them duplex on double side of a paper to reduce an 8 LB package to 4LB?
