Hi,

I have received NOA1 so far and fiancée lives in and will be going to Mumbai INDIA consulate for interview.

Questions

1) should I start collecting bank letter, employment letter etc for I-134 now?..or its to early?..does it have to be certain days before interview?

2) when should my fiancée get police clearance certificate?..again same question ..can she now? Or have to wait few days before interview?

Thanks

I began gathering all that info after we received the NOA2 and we received notice from the NVC. My fiancé then received a packet from the Embassy in London. In our case we were given very specific instructions on how the proof of employment letter needed to be worded and such. I suppose you could go ahead and gather the info, but trust me you will have plenty of time during each step to gather what they're asking you for. Best of luck to you!
