Extention letter

So i filed to have my conditional residency waivered as i was divorced last week and got a letter saying that its been extended 1 year and that i have to wait to get another letter for the biometrics appointment. I have no criminal charges so does this look good for me to have the conditions lifted or not?

Also, in case you are worried about the letter you got, that is normal, we all get them. Processing (especially at the Vermont service center) can take up to a year so they are just letting you know your residency status is extended through this process. This is good, it means they got your packet.

After what we went through at the CSC, I think a lot depends of the adjudicator, the ocean tide, and the phase of the moon.
