Apparently they got RFE, and still sent the wrong thing..

Who knows, may be something more to it.

Also; I think I've just noticed a question we missed about, have they ever visited the US? Though I honestly can't remember if we ticked it...

I think we saw the bit about previous spouse and skimmed it. But I can't recall if we noticed number 15.

So I'm now expecting a RFE

Damn it.

Sure you're fine, US size is 2"x2"

To be fair, we assumed it was something on the form after we looked over it again when we got our RFE and were surprised to see it was the photos so there's no guessing. Yes, we got the photo perfectly as what they asked for but you still can't help but worry. Soooooo, let the crazy begin again!

I will not look back on this journey with fond memories, but I will look back knowing that every step was worth it, whatever the outcome.

My fiancé just spoke with USCIS CSC and they say that our case are doing good so far and that we don't need to worry about it, and that we have to wait 60 days from the day they receive our RFE, so I guess we need to keep waiting until Apr 17? for a new update!

Excellent!

Hi people... I'm weighing in on the discussion, not because I have anything to add of value, but just because I want to get involved, and mainly to keep myself occupied whilst waiting...I have never been so consumed by a process in my life lol I am literally living and breathing I-129f and K1.... My NOA1 was Jan 25 so by rights I think you guys are all ahead of me!!! I'm finding it hard to understand how they work through the cases when approvals seem to be dotted all the way from end of Dec through to end of Jan!

Anywayyyyyyyy rant over!! Here's hoping we all get through this as smoothly and quickly as possible!

*raises a glass* << genuinely wish I could but I'm thinking 3:52pm is a little early even by my standards!!!

Aaaah bless you! Don't worry, you're in good company and luckily everyone totally, completely and utterly understands exactly where you're coming from, we are all or have been there! It's an obsession and because it means so much to you, so naturally you're going to be thinking about the process every single waking minute of every single day.. but, it's the weekend now so you may as well go ahead and enjoy it (it's never too early for wine or any tipple imo) because you know that SFA is going to happen over the next 2 days!!!!

Keep us updated, and if you feel like Aaaaaaaaaargh, that's cool too!

* cheers *

Hi, can you tell me how your fiance was able to contact the USCIS CSC please? I'd appreciate it because I would like to ask them about my case as well. Thanks

Hi, this is my first post here but I've certainly been scouring through the posts, stats and timelines!

I know I shouldn't be, and I know what the answer is, but I can't help myself... I'm really anxious that we haven't received our NOA2 yet, is anyone else worried? We did receive our NOA1 on January 4 and noticed that there's been some around the same date and later that have already received theirs.

I'm seriously having a word with myself for fretting but this is by far the most anxious situation I've found myself in!

I was just like you. I called a lot, but prayed to Allah (God) more. We put our faith in Allah because only He can make things happen, but it didn't hurt calling. I found some days folks went by their phonescript but I found on other days if you were sweet to folks and asked questions in a creative way, often they would leak out tidbits of information. For me, we saw so much of ours was validated by God's approval. May yours be the same.

Check out my timeline and be hopeful.

Happiness comes with patience,

Aysha & Saad

Hi guys, how's everyone doing? I was looking at the app all the I-129F cases recently and I see that they have been approve a lot of cases, just couples are being rejected because they forgot to follow instructions, so hopefully we're going to be approve soon!

Hi! I've been off the forums for a while, but I'm curious to see how everyone's doing over the past few weeks? What's the news?

We receive today bad news, we just find out that our petition for I-129F was denied, they sent us by mail a letter with the explanation and the options that we have, I really feel down because I don't think only in myself and my fiancé, my main concern is our daughter, now she is going to be depress and sad, and that's make me feel so bad, we don't know the options that they say until we receive the notification by mail, I hope that you guys can be approved and I wish you all the best, God bless you all!

This is incredibly sad news, I am so sorry to hear this. Do you have a child together? Is your fiance the biological father (I assume I have it the right way round?). What was your RFE? Maybe there was something you didn't do in that for them to make a decision to approve your petition?

I will not look back on this journey with fond memories, but I will look back knowing that every step was worth it, whatever the outcome.
