Really sorry to hear that :(

At least you have a response though, so that's a positive.

And as others have said, once you reply it's usually quite fast after that.

I'm relieved to have heard something, he on the other hand is where I was at these past couple of weeks, very upset. We think it's an error on the I-129f, I think there's also an error in the cross referencing of information on my G325a additional sheet. We won't know until we get it from them. Two weeks they said it will take.

I will not look back on this journey with fond memories, but I will look back knowing that every step was worth it, whatever the outcome.

We're in the same seat, NOA1 on January 4th and we're not able to check our case status on their website, app or via costumer service. We just get "case not found with USCIS" when we try to check it.

Im definatley used to the waiting game...We filed in 2014 and we are still waiting for that NOA 2...We've been shipped around to Texas, Vermont and now California...We ring once we're allowed and now waiting for 30 days to pass so we can ring again as California will have had it then for 6 months...We just appreciate it someone on the end of the phone would say why its being held up

So tick tock...Life in limbo and just keep waiting :(

2014?????? Oh my. How are you still sane? You should have been moved up surely, I mean it's been around the block a few times and it's really unfair that so many have come and gone in that time. There's just no apparent process to me. I'm sorry you are going through this.

From what I've read it's 2-3 weeks average but can take as long as it would between NOA1 and NOA2. Have you updated your timeline? It will populate a new date for adjudication if you have.

I haven't created a timeline?, they have 3 months already working on it, in April is going to be the 5 months that they say, so I hope next month around my birthday I can have that gift from them??

Have you created an account on the USCIS website? We created one and from there you can view your case and choose to have email and/or text updates. When we received our RFE he got a text message followed up with an email. You can also see when your case was last updated there too.
