I have three questions

1 - Can I travel out side USA as I have not received Green Card after 45 days of POE?

2 - If yes than, how long I can stay out side USA?

3 - How can I check the status of my Green Card, I mean its processing stage (means still in process or dispatched)?

I have three questions

1 - Can I travel out side USA as I have not received Green Card after 45 days of POE? Yes, the stamp in your passport acts as a green card for 1 year

2 - If yes than, how long I can stay out side USA? You should not spend more than 6 months out of the US

3 - How can I check the status of my Green Card, I mean its processing stage (means still in process or dispatched)? If you noted your receipt number(IOE) then you can track your card online. If not you will need to wait till over 60 days before you can open an inquiry about your card.

Did you pay your Elis fee? and did you do so before your PoE?

2-3 months after PoE is normal for GC receipt, assuming the Elis fee was paid prior to arrival or very shortly after arrival

Your IOE number would be on the receipt when you paid, if you did not print out your payment receipt or note your receipt number, you will not be able to easily retrieve this number

You will need to wait for 60 days after entry and then call if you want to try to get an update on your GC, or you could just wait 2-3 months after arrival is totally normal for the GC to arrive

Can you also post the a snapshot of the site you looked at?

You are asking for someone to do too much for you while you haven't shown much of what you have done.

You know, ppl get paid to do that..if you want it for free, you have to do some work on your own. Google is an amazing tool.

Hi

The only thing i know about reentering to USA is that you can use the same visa for one year. Someone also said that but as far as i know it needs some endorsement from local uscis office as it will be your temporary gc for a year. I am not sure but verify facts before leaving USA otherwise it will be a big trouble for you

When you enter the USA with an immigrant visa such as a CR1, the CBP officer will endorse it. Upon that endorsement it becomes a temporary green card valid for 1 year. There is no need to go to a USCIS office.
