Good day everyone, I'm desperately seeking some advice. I av had my embassy interview already and it was a success. But because they ask for additional evidence which was not available at the time, our case was put in administrative processing. They ask for 2014 & 2015 tax returns and tax transcript. My fiance was in Afghanistan and filed his tax late. But we do have the tax returns available but the tax transcripts won't be available for a few months.

I would like to know if it would be ok to DHL the tax returns now as it is available and when the tax transcripts becomes available send it by itself?

Or wait until the tax transcripts is available and send everything then one time together?

Please any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Send them the returns and inform them that the 2015 transcripts are not available. You can send the 2014 transcript.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
