Did we do wrong with our packages

Ok so to keep it short and sweet.....

When we submitted our I-130 last year we sent everything with the package. Marriage cert, photos, flights details of trips, hotel detials, car rentals etc, photos of us, joint bank info, receipts etc literally all the proof we have of a bonafide marriage. So anyway we got the I-130 approved and case was sent to the NVC. We paid all fees completed everything they asked for and now just waiting for our case to be completed. The only thing we are worrying about is that with our AOS package all we sent was affidavit of support with supporting doc of tax informations copy of my husbands passport and birth certificate. Copy of marriage certificate again, my passport copy, police clearance certificate and passport style photos.

The thing we worry about is that a lot of people sent in other information like we originally sent to the uscis but to the NVC. Do you think the uscis sent all of that to the NVC?

We really can't deal with any delays as I'm sure you guys fully understand how difficult it is when your life's are on hold.

Any help would be appreciated

Looks like you sent what was required. You are fine. Te reason you see some send extra (like me) is some of us had more evidence we wanted to submit before the interview because we deal with difficult or hard to get Visa embassies/consulates.

Some people also after I-130 submission found VJ or other info and realized they didn't send enough evidence to USCIS and want to add more.

Remember this whole petition package goes before us to the CO who will conduct the interview so they are pouring through whatever it is we have.

Your embassy truly is no issue or hard and you are fine with what you submitted. Rest easy. It is well. :goofy:
