All this talk about the girl using OP and how she has ZERO chance to adjust to another legal status. Who knows what happened or what her intentions are. Things simply did not work out, as OP stated. They are broken up so what is the big deal if she is seeing someone else... I just don't get it. She might leave, she might not. She might stay and never have a chance to adjust. Millions of people are "just fine" staying here illegally, but let's not assume something when we don't have facts.

OP, sorry your relationship did not work out. You are not on the hook for anything. Change your locks as someone suggested and move on.

I'm sorry, but doing anything illegal is not "just fine".

For real! I had a Mr. Raul Moreno living in Lake Havasu, Arizona working under my SSN. He messed up my unemployment benefits because I had to prove that I wouldn't commute from Texas to Arizona to work at a Taco Bueno. Then he opened an account at Chase Bank and went under $215, so Chase wanted me to pay that before they would open an account for me. Then he opened an account at my bank and I was getting emails on the points he was earning on his debit card.

***** Op got his answer some time ago and has not been back. As this thread has veered off topic and into personal attacks (I had to remove many posts), this thread is now closed. A reminder to sticking to answering the Op's questions; if you want to argue politics or statistics, go to the lower forums like Current Affairs and Of Topic.******
