Been so annoyed with the whole immunisation stuff because I've had all the necessary shots before when I worked on a cruise ship in us waters and had them at a Clinic in Miami but have no record of this because my ex employer will not reply to my emails

At medical the woman gave me the sheet to say I needed

1 X MMR 1 X Tettenus 1 X Influenza 15/16 season

I got the MMR and Tettenus done at my local doctors surgery free of charge and was told they have no flu shots left as its not flu season anymore.

Upon further inspection of the immunisation sheet provided by Knightsbridge it looks like I don't require a flu shot anyway ( Under 50) and she may have read the chart wrong?

I'm gonna land in the US mid March but won't be applying for AOS until April so flu season out there would have ended right?

So my question is do I need to get a flu shot to enter the US or just before the AOS ?

Can't find a flu shot in America? Try county/city health clinics, Walgreens/CVS/etc. pharmacies, or for-profit health clinics. Flu shots are free or very inexpensive. And you should be able to get one about anytime, anywhere.

Get online and look around. Easy to find.

And they hurt like hell! (kidding - just jabbing ya!) :)

So you left Knightsbridge and completed the medical without having any of those shots as marked completed, and you went to your GP and obtained all of those shots except for a flu shot after you had your medical at Knightsbridge if I understand you correctly?

If you have done so, when you reach the US and it is time to adjust your status, unfortunately, you will have to go through the time and expense of finding a Civil Surgeon who will redo the medical/recertify the vaccination record.

The flue shot is required for everybody over the age of six months. If you go to the civil surgeon to get a new vaccination form after March 31, you will not require a flu shot.

So my question is do I need to get a flu shot to enter the US or just before the AOS ?

A K1 needs zero shots to get a visa or enter the U.S. As Yuna said, you will have to have a civil surgeon add the shots from your GP to an official Immunization form before your AOS.
