Fee and other questions (split and merge)

Hello, there is a new form for the I751. I am not sure what to put in these three sections.

Here's our situation. I am the US citizen and my wife was from London. She received the I751 form to remove the condition. It's a bit confusing to fill out.

For part 4, is this my info? I am the US Citizen.

Part 4 says

Part 4. Information about the US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident Spouse.

Part 7. Petitioner's Statement, Contact information, acknowledgement of appointment at USCIS application support center, certification and signature.

Is this section to be filled by my spouse or me, the US Citizen?

Part 8, Spouse's individual listed in part 4's statement, contact information, acknowledgement of appointmet USCIS application support center, certification and signature.

quick question to everyone. we are about to send my wife's form. per the website, the fee is $505 and the biometrics is $85, so it will be $590

On this site it said on the bottom:

Note on Filing Fee: Please include the base petition fee plus an $85 biometric services fee for all conditional resident applicants

So i am the us citizen, and we are doing the joint filing. do i need to pay the $85 biometric fee as well? thank you.

"for all conditional resident applicants" You are not applying to become a conditional resident. So no, you do not need to pay the fee for yourself.
