packet 3/interview photos

I have read that my fiance is required to have 3 photos for the interview. one for the medical and 2 for the actual interview. Alastair is supposed to be sending off his forms from packet 3 today and i noticed that the ds156 also needs a photo attached and he has told me that the form needs to be submitted in duplicate. so does this mean that we actually need a total of 5 photos? 2 for the ds 156 one for the med and 2 for the interview? it just seems like a lot. any clarification woudl be much appreciated.

If my memory serves me well, only 3 photos are needed. And they don't get submitted with the forms of packet 3, they get taken to the embassy on the day of the interview.

thats what i was thinking at first. but was afraid to send the ds 156 without pics attached since the form itself has a place to attach them. im just really confused

Believe me, we've all been there!! So, relax, take a deep breath, .......

Once they've got your forms, things will move along and the interview will come along in no time, although it'll seem like an age!!

Take all supporting documents (originals plus 1 copy) and the photos to the interview. Just get those ducks lined up in a row and things will be fine.

I think if you have a look at the checklist of documents to take to the interview the photos are on there . So don't attach them take them with you to the interview.
