Hi there

Quick question,

My husband has been working for the same company for almost 20 years but in recent months has been off due to a back injury, and we are now filing for AOS, so my question is regarding his pay stubs,

He will be returning to work in about a month, but can. Supply paystubs from his most recent work week, and explain he will be returning to work soon, or what do we do? My husband is my only sponsor, and he earns well above the poverty line. Works for a big national company etc.

Our visa journey

03/27/16- file rec in Chicago

04/04/16- check cashed

04/08/16- hard copies (4) received in mail

04/15/16- biometrics letter received

04/29/16- biometrics appointment
