Wooow. :\ Yeah that's scary. How often do they just reject people for the 129f ? Does it happen often? Or is it relatively easy for a Western European? I used to work as a Russian translator and some of the people I interpreted for were women who couldn't speak English and had American husbands who couldn't speak Russian. I always thought that was kind of weird. So I feel like I shouldn't have too hard of a time if my fiance is French but I guess you never know depending on the person looking through your paperwork.

The I129F is really easy to get approved, it's when it hits the embassy that it gets tricky. If your I129F gets denied it's most likely due to failing to respond to the same Request for Further Evidence (RFE) twice. Probably already married to someone else or trying to marry someone you're not allowed to marry (relatives).

Just try to submit whatever you have on hand. More evidence to support your on-going relationship, low chances of getting rejected. Technically they are not going to read all of your conversation, just submit chat logs with different date captured. Some people didn't need to submit and being approved, but what I did is I tried to place logs by dates and showing we are doing it everyday. "Since we met in person once before we applied k1". It is tedious work but worth it. If you even have the receipts of the hotel stays and restaurant that you went, u can add them up and just put a small info about that receipt.
