K-1/K-2 VISA'S APPROVED IN MONTREAL MAY 2, 2005

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

Wow i didnt think anyone really won on that. Congratulations !! was this the first time you actually applied for the DV LOttery? I know my doctor has applied sevreal times and he hasnt got through at all.

Hi,

Basically I was following the K-1 route, but then I won the DV lottery, and was following through both of the routes - until US embassy informed to take the DV route as it would be quicker also provide a GC. So my interview today was a DV interview.

27 Feb. 2006: K1 petition sent to Nebraska Service Centre

2 March 2006: NOA1 dated (received in mail on 9 March 2006)

4 May 2006: NOA2!!!!! (DAY 66)

8 May 2006: File Sent to NVC (as stated on email dated 9 May)

24 May 2006: NVC sends our file to London Embassy

8 June 2006: Packet 3 arrives (DAY 101)

25 August 2006: Pack 3 sent to London Embassy registered post

29 August 2006: London Embassy receives my Pack 3 - 9/9/06 pack 4 arrives

SEPT 2006:APPLICATION PUT ON HOLD - WE HAD A FALLING OUT.

MAY 2007:RESUMED THE VISA APPLICATION

6 June 2007: Medical @ 2.30pm - need to get anew GP letter and psychiatric evaluation

7 June 2007: INTERVIEW @ 10am - waiting for new police record letter

3 July 2007: APPROVED/Visa arrives

Hi Lina

Yes it was the first time I applied and didnt really take it very seriously until the embassy pointed how quick the process was when compared with other routes.

08/13/2016 - received NOA1s in the mail

12/27/2016 - Cases Approved! (148 days or 4 months and 26 days total)

01/13/2017 - Completed DS-261

01/25/2017 - Received IV Fee
