Good for you. Well the whole idea of us talking about this is the fact whether medical care was given or not. Now that its clear, they probably didnt count the emergency c section as life threatening which in itself is ridiculous.

I understand that but the whole point of emergency Medicaid is for it to be covered financially. The instructions are clear that visitors do not qualify. The hospitals won't deny care but you will pay for it

Birth Tourism is quite common, I goess the concept there is that the future US Citizen is the recipient.
