Hello, i created a profile online for interview appointment but i realized i opt to schedule it thru phone call with the USEM. Is it okay to just call even if i have an online accout for online appointment?

Thanks!

You can use either method to create an interview appointment. Calling will not get you a different schedule as the agents have the same schedule you'll see online. I find it easier to schedule online but the choice still remains yours.

which MRV receipt number do i need to enter in interview appointment online? the front one in the deposit slip or at the back printed by the bank (BPI)?

Most times it is the number printed by the bank, but there have be instances where the deposit receipt number was used. Try both, let us know which it was for you.

The deposit receipt number is the RECEIPT NUMBER we printed in the deposit slip. It was also printed by the BPI on the upper left portion of the paper. I had a successful attempt at once to enter it and was accepted.

Others used the passport number but i guess it depends on what country they are applying. So for the Philippines we use what's on the deposit slip printed.
