PD November 2013 filer Stuck at CSPA review.

Timeline

This journey of CSPA is quite crazy. We have been waiting for our CSPA review since last 7 months. We only recieved reply that our case is under review. Wait for review to be over. No website talks about this review and there is no timeline. Does anyone go through this nonsense please shed sone lights here. Looks like we going to un out of time and child will age out now.

11/27/2013 - Priority Date

04/01/2015 - I-130 Approved

04/21/2015 - NVC received Case

04/29/2015 - DS261 filled

05/02/2015 - Case under CSPA review

06/04/2015 - Supervisor review Initiated-Wait 42 days

We are also stuck. My mom applied for all four of her children and looks like one of them might not make it because of CSPA. He won't age out becuase of the age calculator but he might age out because NVC taking too long to review case.

 

Did you get your IL or they moved you to f2B category?
