Hello everyone!!!

I am wondering about co-sponsor age, is it ok if he is 87 years old? he is a grandfather of the main sponsor.

Also, if he is a retired and gets a pension and have stocks and bonds and real estate, what documents would be good for co-sponsoring in this case? And would be that acceptable?

Yes.

Have you calculated to see whether or not he earns enough to sponsor you?

Has he filed last year's tax return? If so, you'll need to provide a copy of the latest IRS tax transcript. Provide a few copies of the pension statements and documents evidencing the value of these stocks and bonds and proof that he is the owner of them.

Yes, he is eligible to cosponsor.

If the pension income is sufficient, then the other is not needed.
