Part 7. Petitioner’s Statement, Contact Information, Acknowledgement of Appointment at USCIS Application Support Center, Certification, and Signature. - is this for me or may husband as petitioner?

Part 8. Spouse’s or Individual Listed in Part 4.’s Statement, Contact Information, Acknowledgement of Appointment as USCIS Application Support Center, Certification, and Signature - I'm assuming this is me? btw, part 4 was my husband information.

please help and advise.

The conditional permanent resident whose conditions are being removed puts their name here and signs here.

Part 8. Spouse’s or Individual Listed in Part 4.’s Statement, Contact Information, Acknowledgement of Appointment as USCIS Application Support Center, Certification, and Signature - I'm assuming this is me? btw, part 4 was my husband information.

The petitioner for the I-751 is the lpr spouse. If the USC spouse cannot read well enough get someone, like a lawyer or someone who is fluent to translate, to help you with this form.
