Filipina fiance in South Korea

Hello, I am starting the process for a K1 visa for my fiance. I'm a US service member stationed here in South Korea and she is Filipino working here. We need to obtain a police record for her from Korea, as she's been here since 2014. Problem is her visa expired 3 months ago, so she is illegal here now. Suggestions?

Click, "Police, Court, Prison Records". The procedure states "regardless of visa status".

OR

She could return back home to the Philippines and go to the South Korean embassy to request it/ mail in the form to request the certificate.
