Paying I-129F petition fee from abroad; HELP!!

Hello fellow users!

My fiancé and I are done preparing all the necessary documents for our I-129F petition the only thing we have left is to figure out how to pay the petition fee. I'm living in France. I can't do a Western Union money order to the USDHS because I must provide an actual name of a person cashing it in on the other side.

Anyone else have this problem??

The nearest USCIS office in Rome is not very helpful and we keep being circulated on switchboards. USCIS in Rome finally said to send a Western Union money order but the Western Union in France rejected it for the above reason. Apparently, I can't even do an international money transfer because the US won't accept them (so the clerk at Western Union told me)

Can't you go to the bank and get a check or something? Otherwise look in the February filers there was someone from Singapore there just have done a payment from there you can see how he did.

We had this issue from Canada. He ended up asking a family member to do a US money order payable to USCIS and send it to him so he could send it to USCIS. He sent the family member money for it, of course.

We just purchased a US Dollar draft from the local bank. Drafts are drawn on (cleared) through US Banks.
