Hi @lhanz0729 i just want to ask if ots really necessary that my husband(the USC)to have more than one philippine id besides from his acr.cause we filed for my cr1 visa yesterday at the US embassy manila and the woman at window 25 is kinda rude and keeps on bitchin that hes just been staying here for more than 6 months and doesnt have any other ids issued by the phils.govt.we dont get other ids since we think its kinda pointless to have lots of ids if were not going to stay here longer.i tried confirm it by telling her isnt the one on the requirements is that the USC should be staying here at least 6mos but instead of answering yes,she answered and said things about the ids again.then she told us to pay on window15 and the lady there is nice to be fair.im worried about it now

Hi MrsHips, everything's fine since she instructed you guys to pay. :) If it wasn't accepted she wouldn't have asked you to pay the $420 fee. My husband was in the Philippines for 6months and 2days when we filed the petition and the Filipina lady wasn't too happy about it either despite him having met the "residency status." We showed his Phil. driver's license, lease agreement from my dad, guest form from the condo where he stayed for a month he first got here and cable bills.

Good luck on your journey. :) Take care.

He doesn't need more than 1 ID to prove that he's been staying here for more than 6 months. When we applied we only have ACR as well and she didn't ask anything else, she's really grumpy the entire time though. I think that's her normal attitude :P

Don't worry too much, just like bellashay said all's good your petition has been accepted :D (now the fun part begins - waiting game)

Thanks to you also,

Helping each other as we have has made this process much easier! :)

We have a lots of things to sell before we can leave so I'm hoping within 4 to 6 weeks. Cel wants to give our notice on the 10th when our rent is due but I'm not sure we can sell everything in just 4 weeks so I think it's better to wait until next month for that.

ASAP! :D the sooner the better!

@Lhanz0729 were you able to fill out the DS 260 form online? I tried to log in but it says the case number and invoice number do not match their records :( But I was thinking maybe it has something to do with just getting the case number like an hour ago...

Hi ladies!

I seem to be having the same problem. We did DCF too and got instructions on how to set up appointment, medical and a link to the DS 260. However, I get the same message. That the case number and invoice number do not match their records :( I tried it too on internet explorer, but still wont work. I dont know how to proceed anymore. Im stuck with the DS 260 :(

Can I schedule for medical even without filing this first?

I hope to hear any response from you.

Thanks!

Ana

You have to complete the form first.

For the invoice number try using your passport number or your birthday.

Have you also tried other browsers to fill it up? I used chrome when I completed my DS-260.

When I input my case number, it automatically goes to boxes with dropdown numbers that ask for my birthday. Ive been trying since yesterday, but no luck til today :( If this is the first step, this might delay our process then. I dont know what to do.

Also, I tried both chrome and internet explorer :( so far, both get the same error message.

Yea that's the right page. After putting your case number it'll take to another page where you have to put your birthdate and pick applicant in the next dropdown.

Hmmm try clearing cookies and cached of the browser maybe that will do the trick.

Ours was different.

I put in the case # MNLxxxxxxxxxx and on the same page it asked for my wife's passport #.

It went through no problem and I received the receipt #. Next I tried to pay for it, and was told the #'s were incorrect..

I think it was here at VJ I was told all DCF fees were to be paid at the consulate so I didn't worry about it.

The fee was $165, same as the green card.

Now after having been "Issued" March 28th and having my wife's passport with Visa in hand since April 1st I still can't add her case # to myUSCIS and pay for her card.

I don't understand why most seem to have been asked for a birth-date and we completed ours with the MNL and passport #?

Probably need to open a new thread on the DS-260.

I've tried "green card" but had no luck so I plan to try and call tonight provided my internet will work..

It asked for the Alien number from the datasheet included with the Visa and the case number, It was $165..

I had an account already set up for this but it never would except my wife's "MNL" # so I just waited.

When my wife's Visa came I followed the instructions and it took me to the same site, different page where I entered the 2 #'s you did and I received the same as when I originally completed the DS-260 that the #'s don't match any account. I fell a sleep early last night so I'll try calling tonight as the # is in the US.

Next Tuesday? Congrats and have a good flight! :)
