Just after a bit of advice please, me Nd the husband are Getting a divorce well I basically didn't have a choice I've tried so hard at this marriage to keep things going I just can't do it anymore I love him so much but I don't deserve to treat like this this whole thing is breaking my heart Apparently he stopped loving me a year ago Nd is now just telling all of this, I am in the process of ROC Nd we 4 months in I am not working right now Nd I won't be working until March so I can't move out just yet my question is do I move out Nd let immigration no to file a waiver or do I carry on with this whole thing! What if we get an interview Nd they ask are we still together?!? Am so confused on what to do

Tell USCIS the truth and what happened. You can remove conditions on your own with divorce waiver, you will need the divorce decree for that.

Collect evidence to prove that your marriage was real and entered on good faith. Collect any evidence to show financial co-mingling basically.

The immigration process caused me PTSD.
