Not having met in person typically would have prompted the I-129F to not have been approved in the first place (unless waiver was requested). All other reasons are "in-play" for the consulate officer.

Fawguy I saw one person earlier this week the I-129f they said they did not meet in person and were awaiting an interview. I know that usually the I-129f never leaves the US for a consulate unless they have met in person.
