Hi!

Do I have to send proof pf relationship with I-130? Like pictures and e-mails and stuff, or do I just send it with the I-129F? Please help. I'm sending my I-130 in a week..............

I didn't send any proof of relationship (other then a copy of our marriage certificate) with my I-130 and I got my NOA within 3 weeks so I don't think it's needed.

or do I just send it with the I-129F?

 nor there. The evidence of an ongoing/bonafide relationship is required at interview. Only send the documents required with both the I-130 and the I-129F spousal petitions.

Only send the documents that USCIS is asking for. Proof of relationship (wedding and other pictures, emails, phone records, etc) should be taken during the interview at the Embassy/consulate.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
