Dear VJ members,

My Priority Date is January 9, 2011 (Myanmar Citizen).

Now in visa bulletin for F2B is december 2010. So when it comes to Jan 2011.

Will UCIS send the notice to petitoner(my dad)?

Also how many months do i have to wait?

Cut off date will be on April 2017. Do i need to wait for visa till my Pr Date pass the cut off date?

Kindly anyone know the answers, i have been waiting 5 years for this visa.

I am not sure what you mean by "cut off date".

The final action date for F2B in the visa bulletin for March 2016 is in May 2009. You cannot actually get an immigrant visa until this date passes your priority date.

The date for filing for F2B in the visa bulletin for March 2016 is in December 2010. The consulate may start processing your case when this date passes your date; there's nothing for you to do regarding this date.
