I had a local senator look into mine, a week or so later got an email that it was approved.

Maybe try that and get it pushed forward ! They're stuffing up a lot and taking their time with this honestly. Unfortunately you gotta fight for it sometimes.

It's terrible that some requests get held up. My husband just received his just under the 90 day mark and this was with an RFE on the EAD/AP. This thread seems to have several people waiting!

I sent in 8th service request two weeks ago and today, i received an e-mail stating ''we ordered your new card for receipt number msc************** and will mail it the address you gave us."

This is for i-765 but there was no mention about i-131, so I raised a service request for that today.

I am not really bothered with i-485 truth be told but i would very much like to leave the country and enter without restrictions hence the need for i-131.

Just wanted to thank all you lovely people with your suggestions and helpful comments. Also wanted to be a post for those people out there still waiting - it takes a horrendous amount of time and effort but who knew raising service requests did more for me that senators or cis omnibudsman.

I receivedd the i765 and i131 travel document a week after the post from me above. Two days later an email for interview for i-485. Wow! soon after receiving i-485 i applied for SS#, i now have a SS # and soon a DL.
