i have been looking for answers and help with bringing my fiance that i love so much to come back to America with me. she currently lives in northwest of France. right now i have the form i-129f which is the Petition for Alien Fiance that i got online from USCIS. I have been with my fiance for over a year now and i see in the form that is says "has your fiance met and seen you within the 2-year period immediately preceding the filing of this petion"? what does this mean exactly? We have so many pictures, and plane tickets and receipts to show proof.

The main thing is that i was hoping someone out there that has been through the same thing im going through right now if you can help me through this step by step so we can finally start a life together and have a family.i need to know EXACTLY what to do. who to call and who to talk to and where to mail things. it would really mean a lot to me and relieve all the stress. im 24 and from Los Angeles and would really love to have my fiance home as soon as i can. i dont know anyone who has been in this situation which makes it very hard for me. i really appreciate all the help you can give me through the journey of bringing my beautiful fiance to America so we can get married and start our life. Thank You so much.

They want to know if you have seen each other in person within the last 2 years.

On the who to call...you don't have to call anyone. If you read the K1 guides here on VJ you will find all the info you need!

It means have you physically met your fiancé within two years of filing the application?

Read over this guide carefully, it will tell you everything you need to do to file.
