I keep getting this message (also see attached) each time i put in my receipt # in the USCIC Case Check System. I called the USCIS to ask about it and they told me that they are getting the same thing and told to wait so days.

And on the I-797 Form My name ( the petitioner) is wrong. How do i request that USCIC change it?

You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:"

It takes a while for the cases to be uploaded onto the system. I got my NOA1 email last week Thursday and our case went online this afternoon. Up until that point I had the same message. I was to,d it can take up to 30 days for cases to be loaded onto the system. I'm sure no one really waits that long but they gave a very conservative estimate to stop me calling back every day (I am very impatient!).

So you have had the hard copy NOA1? I don't know what to do about the name being wrong but this happened to someone else here recently. I'll see if I can find that post.

I got my NOA1 on 2/2/16 and its giving me the same error. It does take awhile for them to enter the information in the system. Just didn't know it would take this long.The last receipt number that Potomac entered in the system was YSC1690003505 and that was a petition filed January 19th. My receipt number is 1000s away from that last one that PSC entered in the system. I already gave up checking because its pontless. :/

Because that number is the last one that shows up in their system anything else after that gives an error message any number before the receipt number shows up. I had some extra time to kill so I did a bit of research by entering numbers randomly ?

Yes I did but, my "research" is over because it's a waste of time. I just have to wait because I have months of waiting ahead of me. ?

How do you get this info of what they have in there system

Was just playing around with the numbers and found that was the last number they entered. Just go to uscis.gov and type in that number. At this time any receipt number after that one gives an error message.
