Hi first of all I'm wondering what is the federal guideline u have to be under for i864? I forgot if it's 125% or 150%?

Does the govt look at how much ur w2 is before federal withholding, state etc or they calculate it after taxes?

I believe before taxes I made about 125% and I had two jobs to show for it but currently I am working one job and beleive I'm somewhere between 100%-125% but we do have a joint sponsor. I know I need to send proof of my current income and I also have a little saving and own my car to make up for it, are the savings and car something I can use?

Lastly I just found out I'm pregnant and we will file for aos next month so by the time I'll deliver he will have ead and a job, but obviously I need to take about 6 months off work. Is this going to be a problem?

Thanks

125% https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864p.pdf

Total Income from Form 1040 of tax returns (not Adjusted Gross Income) -- though you can list however much you think you'll make this year, ex: if you earn 300$ a week then you multiply by 52 and this is your annual income

Yes, you can use savings as assets. Cars you can only use if you have more than one -- then you can use the second one as an asset.

For savings, you would need to calculate how much you're off. Lets say you need 20k and you earn 18k meaning you're 2k below the minimum requirement. You multiply by 3 and if you have at least 6k in assets then you won't need a joint sponsor.

No, since as of now, you are still working.

Your gross household income (not the take home income after deductions)...it is 125% where did you see 150%?

He may have a job right away or it may take longer. You cannot use that in your calculations. But if your income is within or over the 125% poverty guideline (for civilians) and a joint-sponsor. Then you should be find.

You need 125%. This is stated in the I-864 instructions, and here are the poverty guidelines for the I-864 > https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864p.pdf

The income is gross, before taxes.

You will list your CURRENT annual income on the I-864 and provide documentation showing that amount, such as a letter from employer and/or recent pay stubs.

You cannot use a car if it is your only one, and savings would be calculated at 3 times the amount you are short.

It is possible for them to ask for updated financials at an interview, if you should happen to have one, but they do not always ask for that at an interview either.
