Going to submit our Joint ROC and i am getting confuse

Thank you for the time. We are on our final review to submit our Joint I-751 this month. We are making our cover letter but I am getting confuse who's which.. Am I the petitioner or beneficiary? What is my husband's role here. We get married thru K1. I am the immigrant. Husband is US citizen. Plus our bank will not notarize our living wills and last will.

US Citizen = Petitioner

Immigrant = Beneficiary

For the I-751, the "petitioner" is the applicant, ie the green card holder. So where the form asks for "petitioner's signature", that is you. "Spouse's signature" is for the US citizen

This time, the Green Card holder is the "petitioner". Check with Staples - sometimes they have a notary public.
