Does anyone know if the AOS process and EAD is backed up. I understood it could take up to 90 days for the EAD and some have even received the GC in 90 days without an interview. well I know one person has lol. but in any case I haven't heard anything since the biometrics appointment and looking at the processing times it says Nov 2015 they are working on is that correct?

Yep. There are a few November filers that are still waiting, but I don't know how many of those have received an RFE, which often delays the process. I have been watching that thread, and many were approved in the end of January through so far in February. For us December filers, there has been about three approved (for GC and EAD) that I have seen so far. That's not many, but it's still day 69 for me (December 10th received date).

The end of November only had three gubmit working days and then we hit the happy year-end/begin holidays in December and January. Mix that with MLK and President's Day, then a few days delay is expected.

I have been tracking a list of filers (trying to crack the USCIS case number code) and the majority of cases that I have on my list that were received November 25th have been approved - a large chunk approved in the last two weeks. So I expect a few more December filers will hear something this week with a lot more action next week and the first week of March.

You're still within the 90 days of processing time for the EAD, since your NOA1 was at the end of January I have never heard of anyone getting a GC within 90 days. It usually takes 3-6 months to get the AOS interview. Based on your timeline I would say you should have your EAD sometime in March

One of our December filers got their GC approved in 57 days. While unusual and should't be expected or banked upon, it's not impossible to luck out.

I understand that I am within the 90 days and my NOA1 was at the beginning of January. Is my timeline reporting incorrectly? NOA1 should show January 6th. In any case EAD in March is good for me if it happen that way. I am really hoping that I don't have to interview for GC as one of my friends didn't even get a EAD only got the GC in about 90 days. I hope I am that lucky. thanks.

She's speaking of me. My husband got his Green Card in 90 Days without an interview. Although I filed my EAD and Travel Document as well, they canceled those once his GC was approved. So yes, it can happen, and it did happen to a couple more October Filers as well.

Yeah, it's happened to some November filers too. There were a few that even got approved for their EAD, then a few weeks later were approved for their GC! That's comforting for me to know that we have a chance of not having to wait the 12+ months it takes to get an interview with the Dallas field office!

Congrats Dame and Ash!!
