DS-260 & Invoice Number

My fiance's interview is on Thursday and in going over the checklist to get ready she's somehow missed filling out the DS-260, but did do the DS-160. It's asking for an Invoice Number I've tried calling the NVC three times like others have suggested to get that number but just keep getting hung up on.......

Any other ideas? Is the DS-260 mandatory before the interview can something else be used for that invoice number if we can't get it?

Keep calling, that's the best and quickest way. Your Invoice ID might be on any communication you received from the NVC by mail or from the Embassy, if they ever sent you, check there as well

Not sure what embassy you are dealing with, maybe the requirements are different. The DS-260 is for immigrant visas. The DS-160 is for non-immigrant visas (K-1) No invoice number with the K-1 either.
