I called twice the said its for interview scheduling process, when i called again this morning the agent said that my dad's case is waiting for companion case, which is my mom's.. they will schedule an interview both of my parents together.. so basically not until my moms case got completed my wouldnot be able to have interview schedule... the agent said its a new policy..
